Team PROformations, the competitive team of Life Transformations Personal Training, had a  figure athlete compete at the 2015 NPC Master’s Nationals Championships on July 18th in Pittsburgh, PA. Coaches Robert Wichman and Molly Wichman are proud of the results Here is a wrap up of the results.
Idalia Modina- Master’s Figure 35+ First Place, Master’s Figure 35+ OVERALL CHAMPION, Earned IFBB Pro Card.
We are proud of the complete package and look that Idalia brought to the stage.  The team effort to layout the nutrition program, workout routine, posing practice, and overall stage presence helped this hard working athlete take it to the next level.  Congrats to Idalia on her performance!  I’m sure we will see this lady on the IFBB Pro Stage soon.
