I decided I wanted some help getting in better shape for the Warrior Dash this year. I have run many road races and have done the Warrior and Rugged events in the past but wanted to fill more confident with the obstacles requiring more upper body pulling like the “Great Warrior Wall.” The Warrior Dash and physical strength, endurance and mental grit races mixed with mud and water give you a dirty workout challenge while running 3 miles. John was able to target my workouts to maximize my increase in strength and cardio readiness to better handle my body weight. This was evident during the race with my ability to move through these obstacles much more smoothly. Thanks to John and the Life Transformations personal coaching team for helping me maximize my abilities and targeting my training in preparation for the Warrior Dash.
