OK fitness friends. Our Lee’s Summit, Kansas City metro area is on a Stay Home Order for 30 days . Since this puts a halt to our in person training at the Life Transformations Personal Training Studio, we will start Virtual Personal Training. It’s a new way of thinking of exercise and workouts. Let’s see what this will entail.

Virtual personal training will look like this.
- Client and trainer will arrange a time for a video workout
- LIVE 1 on 1 video chat on a video platform (Zoom or video call)
- Client will have available equipment or items of different poundage
- Trainer will lead client through a 30 or 60 minute workout
- Open for NEW or CURRENT clients.
- ALL levels & equipment
