Trainer Recipe-Easy Protein Cookie

Life Transformations Personal Trainers in Lee’s Summit love to share healthy recipes for clients and our community.  Try out this tasty recipe as a snack for you and your family. 
Easy Protein Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
2½ Tablespoons of natural peanut butterlife transformations personal training lees summit protein cookie
½ Banana
1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
½ Teaspoon of baking powder
2 Cups of your favourite protein powder
2 ½ cups of Oat Flour
1 Cup of Raisins
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa
4 Egg whites
: Make sure the consistency is nice and thick so that it is easy to roll balls.
To make the cookies: Wet your hands and roll small balls, then flatten these with your fingers
Bake at 350 for approx 20 minutes
