Trainer Recipe-No Bake Energy Balls

Life Transformations Personal Trainers in Lee’s Summit love to share healthy recipes for clients and our community.  Try out this tasty personal trainer recipe as a snack for you and your family.  If you are at Life Transformations Personal Training or Anytime Fitness Lee’s Summit on October 25th, these are the tasty birthday treats we made to celebrate Robert Wichman’s birthday.
No Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients
1 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1stp vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.  Roll into 1 inch balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Freeze for 1 hour.  Cover and store in fridge.
Makes 24 balls.
