Fitness Class Schedule

Lee’s Summit Fitness Classes are offered Indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) at Life Transformations Fitness.  Our Personal Trainers will take you through challenging exercises using body weight, resistance training, cardio endurance exercises and much more.  Get a great one hour workout in a fun and motivating environment.  You never know how the trainers will challenge you.  If you want to increase endurance, lose weight or improve your overall health then this class is for you.  No reservations needed…come and join us for a workout! National Filet Mignon Day

August 13th is National Filet Mignon Day.  In honor of this day we will share a healthy Filet Mignon Recipe.  A filet is Life Transformations Fitness Trainer approved.  It is a very lean cut of meat. Did you know filet mignon comes from the most tender cut of beef.  Filet mignon is commonly cut into 1 inch to 2 inch thick portions, grilled and then served as is.  When found in grocery stores, filet mignon is already cut into bacon wrapped portions. 2014 NPC Missouri State

Team PROformations took the stage again at the 2014 NPC Missouri State in Springfield, MO on Saturday July 12th. This was the biggest NPC Missouri State to date for competitors and spectators.  Our Men's Physique, Women's Physique, and Men's Bodybuilding athletes faired well.
