Life Transformations Personal Training is a private training studio in the heart of Downtown Lee’s Summit.  Our studio has equipment for clients of all training levels.  Stop by and see what we have to offer.

Personal Training 

If you are just starting out or a seasoned veteran, Personal Training can help you meet your goals.  We have trainers and time slots allows for every body and skill level to train in our positive environment.  Training sessions run 30 or 60 minutes for one to five days per week.

Some clients ask…is Personal Training for me.  Yes, Personal Training is for you!  Everyone can benefit from a trainer.  Motivation, proper form, workout education, weight loss support, and many more benefits come from working with a Personal Trainer at Life Transformations Personal Training.

To Go

To-Go Workouts are a great option for customized workouts.  Simply sign up, chat with a trainer about your equipment & goals, then your workout will be sent to in your inbox.  Let’s keep it simple.

To-Go Workouts are great for all levels of fitness.  If your goal is weight loss, increase strength, or just a fresh new workout, this program is for you.  Workouts are customized to the equipment you have access to.  Great for the home or gym. 

Recommended to use workout for 4-6 weeks, then purchase a new workout.  But, it’s up to you.  Some clients love their To-Go Workouts and use them for a long time!

Online Training

Are you lost in your personal workout or kitchen?  Looking for a lifestyle change? Online Training allows us to send your workouts and nutritional guidance.  We communicate by email, text, phone (in person check ins in Lee’s Summit).  Let us help you know what to do, then check in with us for questions.  Many clients find online training as the tool to help them with success! 

WE send you what to do, YOU do the work, WE check in on you.

Workouts can be catered towards home workouts, home gym, or gym setting. Let us know your equipment, we will make the workouts.

This is an opportunity to learn about making healthy eating a lifestyle. Learn as you go through the program, then be able to maintain on your own.  Combining workouts and nutrition helps clients see the most success!

-Minimum time frame is 12 weeks.
