Workouts can be catered towards home workouts, home gym, or gym setting. Let us know your equipment, we will make the workouts.

Customized Nutrition  and Training Program created for your goals.  Initial and monthly body comp check-in (in person in Kansas City area), weekly accountability check-ins, monthly training programs, initial nutrition program and updates as needed, healthy recipes, and personal contact throughout the program.
