Online Training allows us to send your workouts and nutritional guidance.  We communicate by email, text, phone (in person check ins in Lee’s Summit).  Let us help you know what to do, then check in with us for questions.  Many clients find online training as the tool to help them with success!  Knowledge and accountability are the key take homes from online training.

Workouts can be catered towards home workouts, home gym, or gym setting. Let us know your equipment, we will make the workouts.

Customized Nutrition  and Training Program created for your goals.  Initial and monthly body comp check-in (in person in Kansas City area), weekly accountability check-ins, monthly training programs, initial nutrition program and updates as needed, healthy recipes, and personal contact throughout the program. Client is responsible for check-in with progress. (Minimum 12 weeks of program). All fitness levels. *Most popular program

Program Includes: Weekly Meal Plans, dinners are couple & family friendly, weekly accountability check ins, Initial assessment. This program is run as online coaching (in person check ins available). Add on 1 month workout program for $50. Workouts can be catered towards home workouts, home gym, or gym setting. Entry level program.
