Customized Nutrition  and Training Program created for your goals.  Initial and monthly body comp check-in (in person in Kansas City area), weekly accountability check-ins, monthly training programs, initial nutrition program and updates as needed, healthy recipes, and personal contact throughout the program. Contest Prep Nutrition/Training Guidance Program

Customized Nutrition and Training Program for Bodybuilding, Physique, Wellness, Figure, Fitness, and Bikini competitors.  Includes all aspects to get you to the stage (recommendations on suits, posing, tan, etc.).    Initial and monthly body comp check-in (in person in Kansas City area), weekly accountability check-ins, monthly training programs, initial nutrition program and updates as needed, healthy recipes, and personal contact throughout the program. Client is responsible for check-in with progress.  Basic posing at check-ins included.  Healthy Lifestyle Program 

Are you ready to make a commitment to lose weight? Do you want to learn how to eat healthy? Try out my 30 Day Program.

Program Includes: Weekly Meal Plans, dinners are couple & family friendly, weekly accountability check ins, Initial assessment. This program is run as online coaching (in person check ins available). Add on 1 month workout program for $50. Workouts can be catered towards home workouts, home gym, or gym setting. Entry level program.

This is an opportunity to learn about making healthy eating a lifestyle. Learn as you go through the program, then be able to maintain on your own.

Minimum time frame is 4 weeks, recommended 12 weeks. Entry Level Program


 Customized Workouts 

If you have the motivation to workout on your own, but need to know what to do, this program is for you.  If you workout at the gym,  your home, or the park, we can make a customized workout using the equipment you have available.  New workouts sent monthly.  Initial and monthly body comp check-in (in person in Kansas City area) weekly accountability check-ins. Client is responsible for check-in with progress and sending list of available equipment.


Personal Training Session 

60 minute Personal Training Session at Life Transformations Personal Training.
