Personal Training – Personal Training provides accountability, education, support and more. If you are new to fitness or have worked out in the past, Personal Training can help you meet your goals. We have trainers and time slots allows for every body and skill level to train in our positive environment. Training sessions run 60 minutes for one to five days per week. The benefits of a personal training studio is the exclusivity. Only our clients and trainers are in the studio, no extra gym members. We keep our numbers low, but have plenty of equipment for all fitness levels.
Some clients ask…is Personal Training for me. Yes, Personal Training is for you! Everyone can benefit from a trainer. We provide clients motivation, proper form, workout education, weight loss support, accountability and more. Clients wanting to improve osteoporosis, arthritis, weak joints, sciatica, bone density, core strength, flexibility, mobility, and more have seen results with personal training.
