10 minute warmup on favorite cardio machine
*Do 5 sets of the below exercises. Rest 10-30 seconds between sets.
10 bounding frog jumps
20 mountain climbers on bench
30 second plank hold
30 jumping jacks
20 sit ups
*Take exercises at your own level and stay hydrated.
