New Trainer Recipe for Birthday Cake Protein Balls!

I made some treats for our Life Transformations Personal Training clients, for Robert Wichman’s birthday. If you want to try out a healthy version of a birthday treat, then you definitely want to whip up a batch for your next birthday.  There are only SIX ingredients, no baking, no mess. So, no excuse for not trying them out.

Birthday Cake Protein Balls

Ingredients

3 scoops Titan Nutrition Whey Protein Vanilla Wafer

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 c oat flour (blended oatmeal)

1/3 c water

1/4 c Birthday Sprinkles

Directions

Mix all ingredients till blended well.  May need to add an extra teaspoon of water to reach desired consistency.

Roll into tablespoon sized balls.

Store in the refrigerator.
