Protein Pancake
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 scoop whey
3 egg whites
1 TBSP Unsweetened Applesauce, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Banana, or other puree.
1 TBSP water (as needed)
1. Heat skillet to med-high, coat with Pam (8inch skillet allows pancake to fit perfect in Gladware Entrée container)
2. Mix all ingredients until a pancake batter consistence (add/reduce water to pleasure)
3. Pour on skillet (makes 1 large pancake)
Flip when ready
Can add cinnamon, nutmeg, Splenda, Butter Buds for flavor
Any flavor of whey taste good (chocolate, vanilla, banana, strawberry, cookies n crème, etc)
Can pre-make and freeze in large Ziploc bag
If you prefer muffins, cook in muffin tin at 350 for 15-20 minutes
