Trainer Recipe- Titan Protein Bread

Hello my Lee’s Summit fitness friends!  Check out Life Transformations Personal Training latest healthy recipe.  A great Fall recipe for Titan Protein Bread.  Love this healthy and easy to make recipe.  

Titan Protein Bread
1.5 c oat flour
4 scoops Titan Snickerdoodle Whey Protein
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 ripe banana
15 oz pumpkin puree
1/4 c maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
1egg
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all wet ingredients.  Then add dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly.  Now pour batter into greased loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.  Store in an airtight container

*Why you will love this bread: The pumpkin and banana puree make it moist, and the Snickerdoodle whey protein gives it a kick of flavor.  Try it out, share your thoughts!
