March launches the first NPC show in our area with the NPC Midwest Championships in St. Louis, MO. If you need help picking a show or need contest prep services, we can help. Our fitness center, Life Transformations Fitness, houses many competitors. Our team name is changing for 2014…we will now be PROformations Team.
