This is a new branch of Life Transformations.  Wellness Coaching is working 1:1 to access current wellness physical & emotional, set goals, make a plan of action to reach these goals.  Everyone starts is in a different frame of wellness, but is able to make a change.  Let’s work together to find optimal wellness in all parts of your life.

Some things we may cover in a Wellness Coaching Program: What motivates you? What are your goals? What are your biggest obstacles? How would your life change without these obstacles?   …and more.

 

1:1 Wellness Coach Chat (30 min) – Live Coach Chat to cover wellness topics for the individual.  Private video chat between client and coach.  This program works best when wellness coaching is set up for more than 1 session, optimal time frame to make a change is 12 weeks, but everyone is different.  Coach and client can set schedule  for  sessions.

6 week Lifestyle Program – Create the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.  This 6 week intensive program is an independent (with some support) way to make a change.  Learn healthy lifestyle methods and how you can apply them to your daily life.  The goal at the end of the 6 week program is for you to have started making changes.  We will cover journaling, making goals, exercise, stretching, hydration, healthy eating, nutrition labels,  healthy cooking, stress management, eating out, wellness as a whole, and more.

6- Weekly Emails with weekly Lifestyle topics, descriptions and goals

30 minutes to Change Program-Interactive walk through on the steps to make a change for yourself.  This is a great way for YOU to find a vision for change.  This is an independent program.  Watch the program video as it walks you through making a change.  Take notes, apply the steps, and start the change process!

6 weeks to Wellness Program- Feel good and be well.  Work through achieving overall wellness in your life.
