Molly Wichman, with Life Transformations in Lee’s Summit, MO, is a Wellness Coach.  Wellness Coaching is a rather new field.  It takes a different approach to health and fitness.  It involves talking and working through the change process.

Wellness Coaching can help YOU make a healthy lifestyle a way of life.  It is a process. It involves making changes, being aware of your lifestyle, and developing a love and acceptance of yourself.  The mind, body, spirit connection makes up wellness.

A typical Wellness Coaching client  wants to make a change, but needs help.  The job of a Wellness Coach is to help you take the steps to make a change.  It may be relationships, family, exercise, life/work balance, communication skills, stress relief, relaxation, over eating, eating healthy, exercise, weight management, have more energy, improve overall health, sense of purpose, alcohol, smoking, feel better, improved sleep or something else.  Some part of your life needs to be addressed, we can do it together.

You may know you need to make a change, but do not know the steps you need to take.    You may struggle with getting started, what is the first thing to do.  But, you are not alone.  It is common to feel this way. But guess what, the first step to better yourself, is to reach out for help and guidance.
